Our Cardio Kickboxing program is a  60 minute high intensity workout that engages every muscle, especially the core. Physical activity can make a big difference in your overall health and well being, and our ultimate goal is to pass along the knowledge, positivity and motivation to help you lead a healthy lifestyle. Our instructors have the knowledge necessary to teach safe and effective fitness classes – regardless of where you are in your fitness goals. Our Cardio kickboxing classes stretch, strengthen and work the entire body, including core muscles. Our classes are a great stress reducer, as well as a fun cardiovascular workout, burning over 400 calories! You will increase coordination, circulation and balance, all while learning self defense techniques that can be critical should you ever need to protect yourself.
