Sensei Anthony Fontanarosa

Anthony has been training at Amerikick Warrington/Chalfont since he was 6 years old under the direction of Grandmaster Dennis Tosten. Anthony currently holds the rank of First Dan. He has been teaching for several years, and loves to motivate and encourage young students. Anthony competes in the Amerikick, NASKA (North American Sport Karate Association) and NAFMA (North American Federation of Martial Arts) tournament circuits, placing among the top competitors in the country. Anthony traveled to Tuscany, Italy in 2014 as part of Team USA to compete in the Unified World Championships, gauging his skills against the very best in the world. Anthony’s skills include sport martial arts, creative forms and weapons, and traditional forms. Although skilled with many weapons, Anthony specializes in Bo staff, having picked it up very early in his training as a white belt. Anthony is an integral part of our Blackbelt demonstration team. A leader on and off the mat, Anthony participates in school clubs and musicals, as well as concerts where he has played violin for the past 5 years, and also is a member of the Honor Roll.
